While I appreciated the excellent views and the attentiveness of some staff members, I faced significant frustrations with the room layout and key access system. Despite some positive dining experiences, the overall service felt disjointed and impersonal, which made for a disappointing experience given the high price point. 😕

My father-in-law's room was three floors above us, and the floor-specific key cards were a disaster, making it difficult to reach him when we needed to.
